policies

1. full session fee payment is required at the time of booking.
2. the session fee is non-refundable but may be applied towards a rescheduled session within 6 months with a 24-48 hour cancellation.
3. please reschedule if your child is sick or unusually cranky.
4. all images are available in black & white, sepia, color or hand-tinted.
5. the customer will be charged shipping and handling if any items are shipped.
6. all orders must be paid in full at the time of placement.
7. all orders are non-refundable once payment is received.
8. cash and check are accepted.
9. please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be processed. your portraits are an investment and an heirloom that should not be rushed.
10. prices are subject to change.
11. all images remain the property of kate wilke photography and are protected by federal copyright laws. copying of any kind without permission is strictly prohibited.
